Principal's Message

Dear Dimmitt Families,

Our Student-Led Conferences begin the week of November 25th.  Please make sure you have signed up using the information provided by the homeroom teacher.  If you have any questions please contact the Dimmitt front office at 425-204-2801.  The conferences are an opportunity for you to discuss with your student goals and for the upcoming trimesters.  We will be dismissing students at 11:00am on conference days, lunch will not be served.  The Schedule for conferences is as follows:

Monday, November 25th - Wednesday November 27th-11:00am

Thursday, November 28th and Friday November 29th - no school in observance of Thanksgiving.

During the month of December, we begin our Basketball season and our Band and Orchestra winter concert December 18th.  Winter Break will begin Monday, December 23rd and school will resume Monday, January 6th.  During Winter Break, we would like for you to remember to have your Dimmitt Student read for 20 minutes or more each day.  Reading is such a powerful tool for building the mind.  We want our families and community to help us achieve our high expectations for each student.  Your input and support are very important to us.  Please feel free to contact me anytime with any ideas, questions, or concerns.

In conclusion, I hope that each one of you have a safe and relaxing winter break and take time to enjoy your family. "YOU MATTER!"
